 Poster

Registred participants can present a poster.

Poster size: max 90 cm x 120 cm (w/h).

Abstract should be sent as a Word or PDF file as an e-mail attachment to: mail@fobiotech.org before Sept. 30th, 2001: max 1 page (Times New Roman, 12, justified, line 1, margin 2 cm.) title, authors, addresses, body of abstract.

Participation modalities

All participants are requested to fill in all parts of the enclosed registration form and send it to the Organizing Secretariat with the payment. The registration will be accepted only after receipt of the payment.

Registrations will be limited to 150 participants.

Official language

The official language of the Meeting is English.

Hotel Accomodation

40 rooms for the participants of the Symposium are available at Villa Gualino Hotel ***

£ 140.000 – double room (per night, breakfast and taxes included)

£  90.000 – single room (per night, breakfast and taxes included)

Reservation requests will be accepted by the Organizing Secretariat according to availability.

No deposit is requested for the reservation: participants will settle the Hotel bill at their departure.

Cancellations and Refunds

Written cancellation must be sent to the Organizing secretariat not later than October 20th, 2001. In this case 70% of the registration fee will be refunded; no refund will be given for cancellations presented after this date.
